Nano oils are non-conductive dielectric fluids enhanced with nanoparticles (NPs) to improve the thermal and electrical properties of the base oil. Yes. They are non-toxic, non-corrosive, and tested for compatibility with standard metals, plastics, and seals used in heat exchangers and cooling systems.
By suspending nanometer-sized particles in traditional base fluids (oils or water-glycol), we create stable liquids that conduct and transport heat more efficiently. The nanoparticles break thermal boundary layers, reduce resistance, and enable faster, more uniform cooling, resulting in higher efficiency and lower stress on equipment.
Nanoparticles are made of metal or metal oxides, which have 100x higher thermal conductivity than liquids. Adding a very small amount of nanoparticles in the base liquid will result in improved thermal conductivity, and hence improved heat transfer of the fluid.

Synano fluids are delivered pre-mixed, stable, and ready to use.
The only requirement is to flush your system with the matching base fluid before filling with the nano-fluid. After installation, no additional maintenance is needed beyond normal coolant monitoring.
Always wear gloves while using nano-coolants. If the fluid comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with soap and water. It can cause mild irritation on the area where it comes in contact with the skin, but if washed immediately, can be prevented. Refer to Material Safety Datasheet (MSD) for detailed safety and handling information.
No, never. It is not recommended to mix different nano-coolant types or brands together. Each nano-coolant formulation is designed with specific nanoparticle concentrations and surface treatments and mixing them may alter their performance characteristics and negate the intended benefits. It is best to use a single type of nano-coolant for optimal results.
Yes. Synano nanofluids are designed for circular use. After service life, they can be collected, reprocessed, and refreshed — nanoparticles are recovered and re-dispersed into new batches, minimizing waste and environmental impact.
