In December 2025, Synano and GP Elite conducted a controlled dynamometer test at Dekker Tuning Service, comparing Synano’s EG50 nano-coolant against a standard 50:50 water-ethylene glycol coolant on a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. GP Elite prepared the vehicle, executed every run independently, and provided the complete raw dataset. No hardware changes. No modifications to the cooling circuit.

The results were consistent across all conditions. The EG50 nano-coolant delivered up to 7.4% improvement in effective heat transfer at 5,000 RPM, reduced average oil temperature rise by 6.1 to 6.5% during full-power runs from 2,500 to 9,000 RPM, and decreased cooldown time by an average of 12 seconds per constant RPM run and approximately 52 seconds in full-power runs. Engine, clutch, and gearbox oil temperatures were all lower with the nano-coolant across every run and every RPM level tested.

The nano-coolant absorbed more heat from the system and transported it more effectively to the radiator, while keeping component temperatures lower. That finding holds beyond motorsport. data centers, industrial cooling loops, and high-density power electronics face the same physics: high continuous heat loads, limited tolerance for thermal excursions, and pressure to extract more from existing infrastructure. A coolant that increases heat transfer capacity without system modification addresses that problem directly.
