In 2021, Synano presented two peer-reviewed papers at major thermal engineering conferences. Both focused on nanofluid performance in two-phase cooling systems.
The first was presented at Eurotherm 2021 (20, 23 September, virtual). It examined how nanoparticle deposition on thermosyphon evaporator surfaces affects boiling heat transfer coefficients. The second was presented at ASME InterPack 2021 (26, 28 October, virtual). It assessed the effects of nanofluids on heat transfer performance across two-phase cooling systems, covering nanoparticle concentration, deposition patterns, and critical heat flux. Published in the International Electronic Packaging Technical Conference and Exhibition proceedings, Vol. 85505, available in the ASME 2021 digital collection.
